Webinar on Sexual Harassment in the Workplace

Together with the Equal Opportunities Commission, Hong Kong Small & Medium Enterprises Association, our Zonta Club of Kowloon organized a hybrid Forum on ‘Sexual Harassment in the Workplace’ on 27 November at Zero Carbon Park in Kowloon Bay. Speakers at the Forum include

& Medium Enterprises Association and Hong Kong Women Workers’ Association, Mr. Chris Sun, Secretary for Labour and Welfare

The event highlighted the business advantages for implementing anti-sexual harassment measures, including staff retention, increased productivity, and enhanced professional image. The forum attracted over 80 companies including employers, management personnel, and human resource

staff from SMEs in various fields, including construction, real estate, manufacturing, professional and business services, accommodation, and food service industry.

Through the Forum, we hope SMEs in Hong Kong will be encouraged to address Sexual Harassment in their Workplace in their companies. The Forum is our activity to commemorate the 16 Days of Activism for 2023.
